Help
How It Works
- Guests book your cars on Turo, as they do now. Taylor's Fleet Services reads each booking from your email or your Turo earnings file.
- When a trip ends, the car shows NEEDS CLEANED on your Dashboard with the time it must be clean by.
- When a car needs cleaning, we email your first cleaner automatically and the label changes to REQUESTED CLEANING. If that cleaner says no, we email the next cleaner on your list.
- Your cleaner will reply in their own words. The status label of your car will update to CLEANING SCHEDULED. When the cleaning is complete, the label will update again to CLEANED.
- Every car on your Dashboard shows CLEANED or NEEDS CLEANED, so you see the whole fleet at a glance.
For Hosts
What It Does
What does it do?
It gets your cars cleaned between trips, tracks what each car costs and earns, keeps maintenance on schedule, and keeps receipts sorted for tax time.
What doesn't it do?
It never signs in to a booking platform, manages your listings, sets your prices or messages your guests. It doesn't send money to your cleaners either: it records what you owe them, and you pay them your way.
Who makes it?
TayTech Innovations LLC, an Ohio company. It was built by a host who runs his own rental fleet on it every day.
Who is it for?
US businesses that rent out cars: fleets that take direct bookings, hosts on booking platforms, co-hosts, and fleets that do both. It is for business use, not personal use.
Can I use it outside the US?
No. It is sold only to businesses in the United States, setup asks for a US state, and prices are in US dollars.
Do my bookings have to come from a platform?
No. Type any booking in with Manually Enter a Booking on the Trips tab, with its amount for per-car profit. For Turo bookings, the trip emails you forward add them for you. Nothing syncs with rental sites or calendars.
I co-host. Does it work for me?
Yes. The owner invites you into their fleet as a Co-host from the Team tab, or you start the fleet yourself for an owner who isn't on the site yet and invite them to claim it. If you work for more than one host, one login switches between their fleets.
Can I work in more than one fleet?
Yes. One login reaches every fleet you start or are invited to: pick the fleet by its name at the top of the page. Your role is set in each fleet, so you can own one and clean for another. Each fleet's data stays separate. Start a New Fleet is in the menu under your name, and at the foot of the Team tab.
Is there a phone app?
There is nothing to install. It runs in the web browser on your phone or computer. A few setup steps, such as setting up email forwarding, need a computer.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Press Start Free Trial on the home page and make an account with a password of at least 12 characters. Then set up your fleet: its name, how many cars you host, city, state, time zone and what you pay for a cleaning. Nothing is charged at signup.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Until the fleet's Owner or a Co-host confirms their email, nobody is emailed for the fleet: no cleaning requests, car runs, mechanic emails or invitations. Open the link we sent (check your spam folder), or press Resend in the notice at the top of the page. Once the fleet is subscribed this no longer applies.
Why hasn't my cleaner been emailed?
Check that your email is confirmed, that the car is due on a day they work, and that on the Cleaning tab Active is ticked beside them and it doesn't show Emails Stopped or UNDELIVERABLE. Requests also wait for your request hours (8 AM to 8 PM unless you changed them under Request Timing), unless the car is needed too soon to wait. Ask them to look in spam for mail from Taylor's Fleet Services.
How do I change my time zone, fleet name or cleaning pay?
All in Fleet Settings: Time Zone and Fleet Name have their own boxes, and what you pay for a cleaning is under Costs. A change to cleaning pay applies from that day on.
What is delivery pay in setup?
What you pay a cleaner to drive a car to your mechanic. It isn't for delivering cars to guests: the app doesn't plan those drives, and a car's clean-by time is the next guest's pickup, with no drive time added.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we email you a link to set a new one.
Free Trial
How long is the free trial?
14 days from the day you create your fleet, and no card is needed. It's one trial per car: see what that means.
Is the free trial per car?
Yes. Each car gets one free trial, known by its VIN or its booking reference. Adding a car that already had its trial in another fleet ends this fleet's trial, unless that other fleet is subscribed.
Why do I need the VIN during the trial?
Because the trial is one per car, and the VIN is how a car is known. During the trial every car needs its 17-character VIN, including cars brought in from an earnings file.
What doesn't run during the trial?
Late-cleaning alerts don't go out, Google Drive photos aren't read, and Bouncie GPS can only be connected after you subscribe. Cleaners are asked automatically, and a request passes to the next cleaner, just as after you subscribe.
Should I connect Google Drive during the trial?
No. Photos aren't read until you subscribe, and while a folder is connected, Mark Cleaned and done replies don't count, so no cleaning can be recorded. Connect Drive after you subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app pauses until you subscribe, and nothing is billed unless you do. Your cars and history are kept, and you can still add cars, export your data or close the fleet.
Will I be reminded before the trial ends?
Yes. The fleet's Owner and Co-hosts are emailed 3 days before it ends and again on its last morning.
What if I never subscribe?
A fleet that never subscribes, and that nobody signs in to for 60 days, is closed after a warning email. A recovery copy is kept for 30 days after that.
Can I subscribe before the trial ends?
Yes, from Billing. Subscribing ends the free trial, and the first month is billed that day.
Price and Billing
How much does it cost?
It's billed per car, per month, in US dollars: $15 a car for cars 1 to 5, $12 for cars 6 to 20, and $10 for each car after that. Each rate applies only to the cars in its band, so 12 cars cost $159 a month.
Do cleaners or team members cost extra?
No. You pay per car. The cleaners, VAs and Co-hosts you add or invite cost nothing.
Is there a yearly plan?
No. Billing is monthly, in advance.
Which cars am I billed for?
Every car in the fleet except the ones you have disabled. A car that is UNLISTED still counts.
What happens to my bill when I add or remove cars?
A car stops counting the moment you delete or disable it. The rest of that month comes back as a credit on your next bill, never as cash. A car you add or switch back on is charged for the rest of the month. If you remove your last car, your subscription ends when the period you paid for runs out; add a car before then and it carries on.
Is sales tax added?
Prices don't include sales tax. It is added where we are required to collect it.
How do I cancel?
On Billing, press Manage Subscription and cancel there; you won't be charged again. The fleet keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays. Within 30 days of your first payment, cancelling ends the subscription that day and refunds that payment automatically (see refunds). Only the fleet owner can cancel.
Do you give refunds?
Yes, for your first payment. Cancel (or close the fleet) within 30 days of it and the subscription ends that day and the payment is refunded in full, automatically; it can take 5-10 days to reach your card. That happens once per fleet, and not again for cars that already had it in another fleet. After that, a month that has started isn't refunded, and cancelling stops the next charge.
What if my card is declined?
Your fleet keeps working for 7 days from the renewal date. If it's still unpaid then, the fleet pauses until billing is current, and your data is kept. Update the card with Manage Subscription on Billing.
How do I change my card or get invoices?
On Billing, press Manage Subscription to update the card or download invoices. Only the fleet owner can.
Can the price change?
We give 30 days' notice, and a change takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling before then is how you decline it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays. The fleet pauses at the end of the paid period (the same day, if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment), and subscribing again brings everything back. You can still export your data or close the fleet.
Cars and Bookings
How do I add my cars?
Two ways. Press Add a Car on the Dashboard and enter one car's VIN (the plate and color are optional): the year, make and model are read from the VIN. For Turo bookings, you can instead upload the earnings file under Upload Turo Earnings, tick your cars and press Add These Cars: every car comes in with its past trips. A booking email for a car you haven't added also offers it under Cars Found in Your Email. Cleaners aren't asked about a car you add until you press Start Auto Cleaning on its card.
Can I import all my cars at once?
For Turo bookings, yes. On a computer, download the year's earnings .csv from Business, Earnings on turo.com and upload it under Upload Turo Earnings. You see every car in it, ticked; check the year, make and model, add VINs during the trial, and press Add These Cars. Cars you already have are left unticked.
How do I take off a car I sold?
On the car's page, an Owner or Co-host presses Disable Car under Status. It stops being cleaned and scheduled, its open cleaning is cancelled, and its history stays in your reports.
Can I keep each car's registration and insurance here?
Yes. On the car's page, press Open Documents and upload the insurance card, registration, title or inspection with its expiry date. You get a reminder as it comes up, a week before, and when it expires. Only an Owner or Co-host can upload.
How do my bookings get in?
Type any booking in with Manually Enter a Booking on the Trips tab. For Turo bookings, either connect Gmail or forward the trip emails to your fleet's private address, and upload the earnings file for past trips. Bring In Your Cars and Bookings has each way with how long it takes, and a trip that arrives more than one way is counted once.
What does Connect Gmail read?
Only mail from the senders you switch on, read-only, such as trip emails for Turo bookings and InvoiceSimple mechanic invoices. An Owner or Co-host presses Connect Gmail and allows it on Google's own screen; we never see your password. Nothing else in your inbox is opened or kept, new mail is checked about every 10 minutes, and Disconnect Gmail cancels our access at Google and deletes it here.
How do I set up forwarding?
Your private address is under Fleet Settings, Email Forwarding. In Gmail, add it as a forwarding address (we confirm it for you), and filter the senders we read to it: turo.com for Turo bookings, and invoicesimple.com for mechanic invoices. In Outlook, use Redirect to, not Forward to; Setting Up Forwarding has the steps.
Should I forward my whole inbox?
No. Forward only the mail we read: trip emails for Turo bookings, and InvoiceSimple mechanic invoices. Mail from your own cleaners and mechanics reaches you as alerts. Anything else is thrown away, keeping only its sender and subject for 45 days so you can tell if your rule is too broad.
Why isn't my forwarding working?
Look under Fleet Settings, Email Forwarding, Recently Received: it lists every message we got and what happened to it. In Outlook the rule must use Redirect to. A Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox may need its admin to allow forwarding to outside addresses.
How do I bring in past trips?
For Turo bookings, an Owner or Co-host uploads the earnings file under Metrics, Upload Turo Earnings. On a computer, download the year's .csv from Business, Earnings on turo.com and upload it without opening it first. Uploading the same file again adds nothing twice. Type in any other past trip with Manually Enter a Booking.
What about trips booked before I set up forwarding?
For Turo bookings, upload the earnings file for trips that have ended. For upcoming ones, connecting Gmail reads the last 120 days of booking mail; or forward each trip's booking email to your fleet's address yourself, from the email you sign in with, or type it in with Manually Enter a Booking on the Trips tab.
How do I type in a booking?
Press Manually Enter a Booking on the Trips tab, choose the car, and enter when it goes out and comes back. Guest, channel and amount are optional. A VA can enter bookings but not amounts.
I have two identical cars. Which one gets the booking?
For Turo bookings, the emails don't print the plate, so the email can't choose. It shows as Not understood under Recently Received: choose the car there and press Apply to Car. Later emails about that trip then go to the same car.
What do the car statuses mean?
NEEDS CLEANED: a trip ended and nobody has cleaned it yet. REQUESTED CLEANING: cleaners were asked and nobody has said yes. NO CLEANER IDENTIFIED: everyone asked said no or didn't answer, so press Ask Now on the Cleaning tab. CLEANING SCHEDULED: a cleaner said yes. CLEANED: ready to rent. UNLISTED: the car's listing is down, so nobody is asked to clean it. DISABLED: you took the car off (see how). A car you put in the shop shows the reason you picked, and a red LATE badge means it's past its clean-by time.
A trip was cancelled or changed. Does it update?
For Turo bookings, yes, once the email about it arrives. A guest's change request changes nothing until the platform says it was accepted or the trip was extended. A booking you typed in, you change on the car's page. A cleaner already lined up is emailed the change; at night that waits for your request hours to open (8 AM unless you changed it).
How do I fix or delete a booking I typed in?
On the car's page, change it in the list of bookings and press Save, or press Delete. The car's status is worked out again without it.
What if a booking email can't be read?
Nothing is guessed. You get an alert, and the email waits under Recently Received so you can enter the booking by hand. A trip that arrives without an amount is added with no income, and you are alerted.
Cleaners and Cleanings
How do I add a cleaner?
On the Cleaning tab, enter their first name and email, tick the days they work, and press Add Cleaner. They don't need a login. To give them one, invite them from the Team tab as a Cleaner.
How are cleaners asked?
When a trip ends, the car needs cleaning by the next guest's pickup, or 9 AM the next morning if that is sooner. Your cleaners are emailed one at a time in the order on the Cleaning tab (drag to change it). They reply in their own words, and whoever says yes gets it.
How long does a cleaner have to answer?
8 hours, unless you change it under Request Timing on the Cleaning tab, and only your request hours count (8 AM to 8 PM unless you changed them; you can count every hour instead). It is shorter when a trip is soon: the answer is due 2 hours before that trip, and never less than 30 minutes after the email.
What if nobody says yes?
A no, or no answer in time, passes the car to the next cleaner. If everyone says no or doesn't answer, you are emailed, and Ask Now asks your first cleaner again. You can also add a cleaner, or pick one under Assign a Cleaner on the car's page.
Can I pick the cleaner myself?
Yes. On the Cleaning tab, under Assign Cleaners, pick a cleaner beside the car and press Save. Or on the car's page, a Co-host or VA chooses a cleaner under Assign a Cleaner, changes Due By if needed, and presses Save. Either way the cleaner is emailed Cleaning confirmed.
Can I write my own instructions for cleaners?
Yes. Press Edit Cleaning Guide on the Cleaning tab or on Help. It starts with sections for supplies, where the cars park, keys and lockbox, what clean means, photos to take and what to report; change, move, remove or add any, with photos from your phone. The owner and Co-hosts edit it; VAs and cleaners read it. Once a section has words or a photo, cleaners see it at the top of their Cleaning page, and every cleaning and car run email links it without a sign-in.
Are cleaners emailed at night?
Not by default. Requests, passing a car to the next cleaner, and re-asks after a trip change wait for 8 AM to 8 PM in your fleet's time zone, unless the car is needed too soon to wait. Change the hours, or send at any hour, under Request Timing on the Cleaning tab. Ask Now always goes out right away.
How do I set a cleaner's days off?
On the Cleaning tab, the M T W T F S S boxes beside each cleaner are the days they work. Edit Cleaner beside a cleaner opens their dates off and Their Cars to Clean, to keep a car to certain cleaners.
Can I pause a cleaner for a while?
Yes. Untick Active beside them on the Cleaning tab, and they aren't asked until you tick it again. For a few days off, set their dates off instead.
How do I change a cleaner's email or remove them?
On the Cleaning tab, press Edit Cleaner beside them, then Edit, change the email and press Save, or press Delete to remove them. Only an Owner or Co-host can edit them.
Can cleaners get texts?
No. Requests go by email only, so every cleaner needs an email address.
I clean my own cars. Does it still work?
Yes. Without Google Drive, press Mark Cleaned on the car's page after the trip ends. Cleaning pay under Fleet Settings, Costs can't be $0, so enter what your own time is worth; it still counts in per-car profit. With no cleaners added, the Dashboard notice that nobody is being asked is expected.
A cleaner pressed Stop Emails. Now what?
Their open requests are answered no and passed to the next cleaner, and they aren't asked again until an Owner or Co-host presses Turn Back On beside them on the Cleaning tab.
Does it pay my cleaners?
No. Pay them however you already do, then on the Cleaning tab open Payout Log and press Paid beside each one, so your costs stay right.
How is a cleaning recorded?
Without Google Drive, any one of these: the cleaner replies done to their Cleaning confirmed email, the cleaner presses Mark Done, or you press Mark Cleaned on the car's page. It counts only after the trip has ended. With Google Drive, only photos count: see how.
How is a cleaning recorded with Google Drive?
Only by photos: the cleaner makes a new folder inside your shared cleaning folder, named with the date and the car, for example 2026-09-24 Red Kia Forte. While a folder is connected, done replies, Mark Done and Mark Cleaned don't count. Photos are read only once you subscribe.
How do I connect Google Drive?
It's optional. In Fleet Settings, Cleaning Photos: make or pick a folder, share it as Editor with the address shown there (so the app can make each cleaning's folder) and with each cleaner, paste the folder's link, and press Connect.
Maintenance and the Mechanic
How are oil changes tracked?
From odometer readings: the dashboard photo in a Drive cleaning folder (once subscribed), or a reading entered with Save Odometer on the Mechanic tab. A photo that can't be read is skipped and the next one is used. Every active car is listed under Oil Changes on the Mechanic tab. Each car's Oil Change Every (Miles) is set in Car Details on its page.
How do I take a car off the road for repairs?
Open the car and press Send to Mechanic, then pick the reason: Mechanic, Body Shop, Waiting on Parts or Other. Its days there are not counted as unbooked. Press It's Back on its page when it returns.
How do I log an oil change or repair I had done?
On the Mechanic tab, open the car under Service Log, fill in the work and press Log Service. Logging the latest oil change restarts its oil change interval, and the cost counts as maintenance on Metrics. Invoices go under Mechanic Expenses on the Expenses tab: press Upload Invoice there to add one from a PDF or a photo.
How do I send a car to the mechanic?
Open the car, press Send to Mechanic and answer Who is taking it?: A Runner, Me, or It's Already There. Every way, its cleaning is cancelled, and anyone asked or lined up to clean it is told. When it is back it counts as cleaned if Drive photos were taken in the 24 hours before; otherwise a new cleaning is due by 9 AM the next morning.
Who drives cars to the mechanic?
Cleaners you tick Car Runs for on the Cleaning tab, asked in list order. Their Delivery Pay (Fleet Settings, Costs) is recorded once the drop-off is: they report it, or you press Dropped It Off beside their name on the car's page. I Dropped It Off Myself pays nobody. You pay them yourself. With nobody ticked, A Runner is not offered.
Do I need to add my mechanic?
Yes. Send to Mechanic is greyed out until a mechanic is on file. Add one on the Mechanic tab with a name and the shop's address; the first one you add is your Default Mechanic, and Make Default picks another.
What happens when the car comes back?
Press It's Back, or Runner Brought It Back. If no cleaning was recorded while it was away, it needs cleaning again. If you paused the car's listing, turn it back on yourself: the app never touches your listings.
Alerts
What will I be alerted about, and where?
Things that need you, such as a cleaner's reply that wasn't a clear yes or no or, once you subscribe, a cleaning past its deadline. They wait on the Alerts page until you clear them, and are emailed to the fleet owner or to the Owner or Co-host you choose under Fleet Settings, Email Forwarding, Where Alerts Reach You; with an ntfy topic set there they go to your phone, and email is used only if the push fails. A booking email we couldn't read shows only on the Alerts page, and when no cleaner is left to ask, every Owner and Co-host gets an email instead. Account Settings, Notifications lists everything we send and can send a test.
Money and Tax
How is per-car profit worked out?
Income comes from booking emails, earnings files and amounts typed in on bookings. Costs come from expenses (with their receipts) you add on Expenses, mechanic invoices once marked Paid, service costs in the Mechanic tab's Service Log, and the monthly costs you type under Fleet Settings, Costs (a blank one counts as $0). If no income reaches the app, profit will be wrong, so bring your bookings in first.
Where do I see each car's profit?
On the Metrics tab: press the Profit box to open Profit by Car.
Does it help with taxes?
Yes. Every expense has a tax category, and Expenses shows a Schedule C: Expense Summary with an Export CSV button. It's a starting point for your tax preparer, not tax advice.
Does it file 1099s for my cleaners?
No. Any 1099 or other tax form you owe a cleaner is yours to file. The app is a starting point for your records, not tax advice.
My cars are owned by different companies. Can I split them?
Yes. Add each company under Fleet Settings, Owning Entities and say which cars it owns. The Schedule C export can then split by company.
Your Team
What can each team role do?
A Co-host sees and does everything, including the money. A VA runs the day to day (cleaners, requests, tasks and bookings) but sees no money and can't press Mark Cleaned. A Cleaner sees only their own cars and jobs. The fleet owner can give one person more than their role, such as Facebook Marketplace or Metrics, under Features on the Team tab; those glow and say Extra. Only the fleet owner can change or cancel the subscription or close the fleet.
How do I invite someone?
On the Team tab, enter their email, pick a role and send the invitation. The link works once and expires in 7 days, and they make their own login. Until the fleet subscribes, invitations go out only after your email is confirmed.
Do I need a virtual assistant?
If you want your fleet to run without you, yes. This app handles cleanings, mechanic visits and your numbers, but guest messages still need a person, and a virtual assistant team answers them for you. Every car in Taylor's own fleet uses Taeki Virtual Assistant Services (a referral link), at a flat rate per car; invite your assistant on the Team tab as a VA.
How do I remove someone from my fleet?
On the Team tab, remove them under In This Fleet. They lose access to this fleet. If it was their only fleet, their account is closed and overwritten 30 days later.
Your Data
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Fleet Settings, Download Export gives one ZIP of your records plus every receipt, document and photo you uploaded. Owners and Co-hosts can download it, even after the subscription lapses.
How do I close my fleet?
The fleet's Owner presses Close Fleet in Fleet Settings (before an owner claims a fleet a Co-host started, that Co-host can), downloads the export, and types the fleet's short name to confirm. Everything is deleted at once and any subscription is cancelled. Within 30 days of your first payment, that payment is refunded automatically (see refunds). A recovery copy is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake.
Is anything kept after that?
Three things: a one-way fingerprint of each car's VIN and booking reference numbers (so each car gets one free trial), email addresses that bounced or reported spam, and our own service alerts, which can name a fleet.
How do I delete my own account?
Settings, Delete My Account. It stops working at once, and 30 days later your name, email, phone, password and photo are overwritten. The person who set up a fleet closes the fleet instead.
Can you see inside my fleet?
Only to support you. That view is read-only, ends after one hour, appears in your fleet's audit log, and can't download exports.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
No. The service is provided as-is, with no service-level agreement. Nightly off-site backups are tested to restore, but keep your own export of anything you can't afford to lose.
What if you shut down?
You get at least 60 days' notice, and your export stays available the whole time.
Security and Privacy
Do you need my Turo login or cookies?
No. We never ask for your Turo login or browser cookies, and nothing here signs in to, reads or changes your Turo account. Trips come from your booking emails (forwarded, or read from Gmail), an earnings file you upload, or bookings you type in.
Do you need my email password?
No. You set a rule in your own email that forwards only the booking and invoice mail we read, and you can turn it off at any time. If you connect Gmail instead, you allow read-only access on Google's own screen, which never gives us your password.
Where is my data kept?
In the United States, on Fly.io, encrypted at rest and in transit, with nightly backups kept for 30 days.
Do you sell my data or train AI on it?
No to both. The only thing shared for advertising is visit information from our public pages, and none once you opt out with Cookie Choices at the foot of the page.
Do you use AI on my data?
Yes. Anthropic's AI reads odometer photos, the receipts and invoices you upload (to fill in the amount, vendor and car), and your cleaners' replies (to tell which cars they took). When a Drive folder's name doesn't clearly match a car, it also gets the folder name and your cars' details, plates included. We don't use your data to train models.
Who else handles my data?
The services we run on, including Fly.io and Tigris (hosting and storage), Mailgun (email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (reading) and Google (the Drive folder you share, and Gmail if you connect it). The full list is in the Privacy Notice, and we give 30 days' notice before adding one.
Is my guests' information safe?
Guest details are held only for you and used only to run your fleet. Each fleet's data is kept apart and encrypted, and if a breach ever affects your fleet we tell you within 72 hours.
Is two-step sign-in required?
No, it's optional. Turn it on under Settings, Two-Step Sign-In with an authenticator app, and turn it off there whenever you like.
Getting Help
How do I get help?
Email support@mg.taylorsfleet.com (it's also at the foot of every page) and say which fleet you're on. Signed in, Your Fleet's Guide on this page explains each part of the app.
For Cleaners
The Basics
Why am I getting cleaning emails?
A car rental host uses this service and added you as one of their cleaners. The emails come from Taylor's Fleet Services, are signed with the host's fleet name, and your replies go back to them.
Do I need an account or an app?
No, and it costs you nothing. Just reply to the emails. If your host invites you, you can also sign in to see your jobs and press Mark Done.
How do I say yes or no?
Press Reply on the email and answer in your own words; a new email is not counted. Cleaners are asked one at a time, so a yes makes it yours, and a no lets the car go to the next cleaner.
The email lists several cars. Can I take only some?
Yes. Say which ones, by car or by day, for example "Forte yes, Camry no" or "I can do Tuesday's". A plain yes takes them all and a plain no turns them all down. Cleaning confirmed lists which are yours.
What if my answer is unclear, like "Maybe"?
"Maybe" or "I'll try" counts as neither yes nor no. The request stays open and your host is told to check with you.
What do "Clean By" and "Reply By" mean?
Clean by is the next guest's pickup, or 9 AM the morning after the trip ends if that is sooner. Reply by is when your answer is due. After that the car can go to another cleaner. Once you're asked, the clean-by time stays fixed unless you're emailed a change.
What if I can't do it?
Reply no, so the car can go to the next cleaner. If you don't reply by the reply-by time shown in the email, the car goes to the next cleaner. That time is 8 daytime hours unless your host changes it, and less when a trip is soon.
Where is the car, and how do I get in?
The email names the car, its plate and the clean-by time. It doesn't say where the car is kept or how to get in, so ask your host.
I said yes but can't make it. What do I do?
Tell your host as soon as you can. A reply reaches them as an alert, but the car stays yours until they move it.
Why did I get "Already Taken"?
Another cleaner took that car just before your reply arrived. There is nothing to do.
Why did I get "Request No Longer Active"?
Your reply came after that request expired or was withdrawn, so it wasn't recorded. If the car still needs cleaning, you may be asked again.
What does "Cleaning Confirmed" mean?
It lists the cars you're scheduled to clean, and tells you how to record the cleaning for this host.
What emails will I get?
A request asking if you can clean, Cleaning confirmed once a car is yours, Cleaning recorded once your done counts, and a notice if plans change: Cleaning time changed, Cleaning no longer needed, Cleaning cancelled, or a please confirm cleaning email asking if you can make a new time.
The trip changed. Do I still clean the car?
"Cleaning cancelled" or "Cleaning no longer needed" means don't clean it. "Cleaning time changed" means a new request comes if one is needed. "Please confirm cleaning" means reply to say whether you can make the new time.
Will I be emailed at night?
Usually not. Requests wait for your host's request hours (8 AM to 8 PM unless they changed them), unless the car is needed too soon to wait, and your time to answer usually counts only those hours.
Where are my host's instructions?
If your host wrote a cleaning guide, it's at the top of your Cleaning page and on Help, and every cleaning email links it, no sign-in needed: where the cars park, keys, supplies and the photos they want.
What is a "Task Request"?
A one-off job for a car, separate from any cleaning. Reply to the email if the time doesn't work for you.
Finishing a Cleaning
How do I say I've finished?
If your host has no Google Drive folder, reply done to the Cleaning confirmed email (name the car if it lists more than one, for example Forte done), or press Mark Done on your Cleaning page; once it counts, you're emailed Cleaning recorded. If your host uses Drive, only the photos count, and no email follows them. A car still out on a trip can't be marked done.
What should my done reply say?
Just "done" (or "finished" or "cleaned"), as a reply. Words like not, yet, almost or soon, or a question, leave it for your host to read.
I cleaned it before I answered. What do I reply?
If your host has no Google Drive folder, reply done to the request. That counts as your yes and the cleaning in one step.
Where is the Mark Done button?
On your Cleaning page when you're signed in, under Your Cars to Clean. It appears only when your host has no Google Drive folder.
Where do the photos go?
Only if your host uses Google Drive: a new folder inside their shared cleaning folder, named with the date and the car (your Cleaning confirmed email shows the exact example). Include the dashboard showing the mileage, then the front seats, back seats and trunk.
What does a cleaning include?
Vacuum the inside, wipe the surfaces, clean the glass inside and out, and empty the bins. Wash the outside unless your host told you otherwise.
What if something is wrong with the car?
Tell your host straight away, before you finish: a warning light, new damage, a smell, or anything left behind.
Pay
How much will I be paid?
Your host sets the rate. Unless they pay a fixed monthly amount, the request shows it on a "Pay:" line (for hourly pay, the rate times the hours your host expects a cleaning to take).
How do I get paid?
Your host pays you directly, however you agreed. The app doesn't send money; it records each cleaning.
Can I see what I'm owed?
Not in the app: that list is on your host's side, so ask them.
Your Schedule and Account
How do I take days off?
Tell your host; they set the days you work and your dates off. If you sign in, your Cleaning page shows them under Your Days Off.
I clean for two hosts. Do I need two logins?
No. One login works for both: pick the fleet by its name at the top of the page. Each host's emails have their own Stop emails link.
What can I see when I sign in?
Only your own work. You never see other cleaners or your host's money.
I signed in but no jobs show. Why?
Your login email must match the address on your host's cleaner list. If you didn't join through your host's invitation, confirm your email from Settings too. Ask your host to check the address.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have a login, press Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we email you a link to set a new one.
How do I stop the emails?
Press the Stop emails link at the bottom of any email, then press Stop Emails on the page it opens. Only your host can turn your emails back on.
If I stop, what happens to cars I said yes to?
They are passed to the next cleaner, along with anything waiting for your answer. The page names them before you press the button, and your host is told.
Who reads my replies?
Your host's fleet. Software reads them first, including Anthropic's AI, to tell which cars you took, and anything unclear goes to your host.
What is kept about me?
Your name, contact details, the cleanings you were asked to do and what you were paid. Send any question about your data to the host you work for.
How do I delete my account?
If you have a login: Settings, Delete My Account. An address that bounced or reported spam stays on the list we never send to.
Car Runs
What is a car run?
Driving one of your host's cars to their mechanic, or bringing it back. If your host ticked Car Runs for you, you're asked in list order.
How do I say yes or no to a run?
Reply to the email, or open its link and press I'll Take It or I Can't. If you don't answer by the time shown in the email, your host can ask the next person.
Where do I take the car?
The email says where to pick it up, which shop to take it to (with the address and phone if your host added them), and why it's going in.
How do I say it's dropped off?
Once the car and keys are with the shop, press Car Dropped Off on the link page, or reply "dropped it off". "I'll drop it at 3" doesn't count.
How do I say it's back?
Press Car Returned on the link page, or reply "it's back".
How am I paid for a run?
The email shows the rate on a "Pay:" line. It is recorded once the drop-off (or the return) is recorded, and your host pays you directly.
What if the run is called off?
A "Car run cancelled" email means don't drive the car. A run called off before you did it isn't paid.
