A car comes back, the next trip is known, and your cleaner gets asked — with a deadline that comes from the actual booking rather than a guess. You see what is clean, what is not, and who is on it.
Forward mail from Turo, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Square or QuickBooks to a private address we give you, and each one is recorded and matched to the cleaner it paid or the invoice it settled. Those six are the senders we can read — anything else is thrown away unread, and the tyre shop receipt still goes in by hand. We never connect to your mailbox.

I run a Turo fleet. Not a large one — enough cars that the spreadsheet stopped working and the group chat with my cleaner stopped being a system. I built this because the tools that exist all want to help with the listing, and the listing was never the hard part.
The hard part is the car that came back at 9pm with a trip starting at 8am, the receipt you cannot find in April, and the one vehicle quietly losing money that the fleet average hides. This does those.
It is deliberately not connected to Turo. It does not touch your listings, your prices or your guests — partly because that keeps you clear of Turo's terms, and partly because I did not want a tool that could break my own business while I was asleep.
